The Brass Tacks Orchestra is a 17-piece big band that has been a well-known staple throughout the Ocean County, New Jersey Area. Founded in 1990, the 'Brass Tacks' have wowed audiences for over three decades with captivating performances featuring musicals selections made famous by: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Maynard Ferguson, Count Basie, Natalie Cole, Glenn Miller, Harry Connick Jr. Bobby Darin, Michael Bublé, Irving Berlin, Sarah Vaughn, and many more!

What makes the Brass Tacks Orchestra stand out as one of the longest lasting big-bands in our area is its versatile repertoire featuring classics from "The Great American Songbook!" From traditional big band swing, to ballroom dance music, from latin styles, to disco and rock & roll, the Brass Tacks Orchestra prides itself in providing the local community with high quality entertainment that listeners of all ages will enjoy!
